Your People Deserve to Not. Be. Bored.

WHILE ALSO FEELING INSPIRED AS HELL

Did you know that 70% of people experience imposter syndrome at some point in their life?

Yup, pretty sure that means there’s a pretty high chance that 70% of your team leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs in virtually every industry you could think of have dealt with IS (And no, there’s not some kind of pill your doctor can prescribe for that)

And here’s the thing, it affects everything. How your audience views themselves, shows up, and ultimately creates will dictate the course of how their entire life plays out.

Sounds heavy AF right? Yeah, I know.

And if it feels heavy just reading about it, imagine how heavy it feels living with it on a daily basis. Now..here’s the balancing act:

You want to inspire your people to show up, do the things, and actually kick that ISH where the sun don’t shine. But every time you book one of those workshops, the same ‘ol same ‘ol happens.

Your people show up. They put on their “listening eyes” and tune out whatever gets handed to them, only to go back having no clue how to implement concepts that could very well be life changing.

Remember when I said there’s no doctor prescribed pill for that? Well, consider me Doctor Kishshana. And the only pill I have works pretty damn well: Workshops
